The home itself was clean and met our needs, but the hosting experience was disappointing. I asked about both an early check-in and a late check-out. The host said he would get back to me but never followed up. There were also an excessive number of rules posted throughout the home, which made the stay feel more restrictive than welcoming. During our stay, the host entered the property without introducing himself, moved the garbage can, and left without any explanation. While there may have been a reason, a simple introduction or communication would have been appreciated. Lastly, check-out was at 11:00 a.m., and the cleaning crew arrived around 11:15 a.m., making us feel rushed to leave. Overall, the property was fine, but better communication and hospitality would have made for a much more enjoyable experience.
Stayed here for my bachelorette and it was amazing! Super easy to get inside and the rooms were all very nice! Two were a little smaller but you can place suitcases in the master bedroom! The outside was the perfect area for us to all hang out and swim!! It was super private as well! Perfect place for a Bach party or family trip !! Stanley was amazing !! He got back to me for all questions within 5 minutes!! All around great place to stay!
Amazing villa! The property was spotless, very private, and exactly what we were looking for. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodated everything we needed throughout our stay. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Miami!
