Getting around is easy via car or ride-sharing services like Uber. The property includes a private, gated driveway with parking for up to 4 cars. Please note that street parking is not permitted.

House Rules

To ensure a wonderful experience for you and our neighbors, we ask that you observe the following rules:

• No parties, receptions, or events are allowed.
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM onwards.
• Pets may be allowed with prior approval. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will apply.
• Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund and potential fines.

Important Information

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pool & Jacuzzi: The pool is heated for your comfort. If you would like the jacuzzi preheated for your arrival, please provide us with at least 4 hours’ notice.
• Security: For your safety, surveillance cameras are located at the entry and exit points of the property only. There are no cameras inside the home.
• Property Maintenance: To keep the property pristine, our teams perform weekly service. Landscaping and pool service occur on Wednesdays or Thursdays, and garbage is collected on Mondays and Thursdays.
• Cancellation Policy: Our property follows Airbnb’s Firm Cancellation Policy. We are unable to make exceptions, as unexpected events can occur. We strongly encourage guests to purchase their own travel insurance to protect against circumstances not covered by our policy.

Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

50% refund (nightly rate and cleaning fee) for cancellations made 7 to 30 days before check-in.

No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in, for no-shows, or for early check-outs.

Because unexpected events can happen such as illness, emergencies, weather disruptions, or changes in travel plans, we strongly encourage guests to purchase their own travel insurance. This provides protection for circumstances not covered by our cancellation policy.

To help ensure a smooth and safe stay, we may ask for additional verification, including a photo ID. If verification isn’t completed, the reservation may be canceled per platform rules.

By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

Additional notes:
A starter supply of essentials is provided for each stay. Additional refills may be available the next day upon written request via Airbnb messaging.

Please do not leave exposed or uncovered food in the home. If excessive food waste or related mess is left behind and requires extra cleaning, a $100 additional cleaning fee will be charged.

Pool & Jacuzzi Heating

To help ensure a comfortable and safe experience for everyone, we’d like to share a few important details about the pool and jacuzzi heating system. The system is designed so that only one can be heated at a time, meaning the pool and jacuzzi cannot be heated simultaneously.

The jacuzzi heats up quickly and typically reaches the desired temperature in about 1 hour, making it ideal for short, relaxing use.

The pool requires significantly more time to heat and usually takes around 12 hours to reach the set temperature, depending on weather conditions.

For optimal comfort and proper chemical balance, the recommended pool temperature range is 82–86°F. Heating the pool beyond this range may impact water quality and clarity.

We kindly ask guests to plan their use accordingly and let us know in advance if you’d like the pool or jacuzzi heated so we can prepare it for you.
